IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TREATMENT YOU MUST BOOK A CONSULTATION AS WELL AS THE TREATMENT, OTHERWISE THERE WILL NOT BE SUFFICIENT TIME TO PERFORM THE TREATMENT AT THE APPOINTMENT.

A $75 cancellation fee will be applied if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.

Please complete all intake forms at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
